Symptom narrative

Patient came in to receive both her updated Covid vaccine and her 2nd dose Shingles. Upon inputting the information into the system after the patient received both vaccines we noticed the expiration date of the Covid vaccine was expired(03/11/2025). The patient has been talked to and she is coming back to get a in date Covid vaccine and has not experience any adverse reactions thus far. Pfizer was contacted, as was the CDC.
