The patient took frist dose of Shingrix several years ago but not yet received the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 71-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose several years ago). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: The patient took frist dose of Shingrix several years ago but not yet received the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 07-APR-2025 The patient received the first dose of Shingrix several years ago and unable to provide a date of vaccination, lot number with expiry date. The patient had not yet received the second dose of Shingrix. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive 2nd dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
