needs restart the series or if the patient just need one more dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 55-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose on 27-JAN-2018 with batch number 1S534 and lot expiry 27-JAN-2019). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: needs restart the series or if the patient just need one more dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 08-APR-2025 The pharmacist reported that a patient received one dose (Shingrix) in 2018, and requested information about whether the patient needs restart the series or if the patient just need one more dose. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive 2nd dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
