Symptom narrative

patient states around 2-3 months after receiving last dose of shingrix vaccine she developed shingles. Patient states that she has continued to breakout with shingles anytime she becomes stressed. Patient has been to her physician and has been prescribed valtrex to take at onset of shingles breakout. Patient states she has to take medication average every couple of months.
