Symptom narrative

developed mildly painful bumps on bilaterally knees and left elbow day after receiving vaccine (4/1/25). 3 on knees and 1 on elbow. exam suspicious for possible erythema nodosum. no other systemic symptoms or recent illnesses. Seen on 4/10/25 with nodules still present.
