Symptom narrative

Patient states she has shoulder pain 16 days after vaccine and unable to use arm. Prompted visit to urgent care to get pain medications. Urgent care would not prescribe anything for her. I advised patient to try ibuprofen or APAP. She stated she needed something stronger. I told her she would need a prescription for anything stronger than what is available OTC. Patient stated she would be contacting an attorney if arm pain did not resolve and that vaccines such as the one she received should not be given.
