Symptom narrative

Hair began to fall out in a small patch on September 19 after receiving vaccines. Total hair loss occurred by October 28. I saw a dermatologist who did lab work and scalp biopsy. All labs negative for anything autoimmune. Scalp biopsy showed inflammation.
