Symptom narrative

Large, hard, flat lump and burning red area. Fever. Notified primary doctor and pharmacy on March 31. Told to monitor. Redness grew and worsened. Teleconference with primary doctor on April 3. Notified pharmacy that I was diagnosed with Cellulitis. Doctor prescribed antibiotics. Today, April 10, redness is gone but discoloration remains. Still feel ill but improving.
