PATIENT STATED THAT NOT LONG AFTER RECEIVING THE LIVE MMRII VACCINE THAT HE DEVELOPED MALAISE AND A LOW GRADE FEVER. THE LOW GRADE FEVER HAS NOT SUBSIDED AS OF 4/10/25 EVEN WITH USING ACETAMINOPHEN OTC. PHYSICIAN IS AWARE AND IS DOING ONGOING BLOODWORK TO RULE OUT VACCINE INVOLVEMENT OR OTHER HEALTH CONDITIONS.
