patient states that in March of 2025 she began feeling numbness to her feet that then went up to her legs and eventually her waist which prompted her to visit the ER, she states she was in the hospital for some time and now she is following with a neurologist she states she is unsure if it could be the vaccine but her doctors wanted to know what ones she got the day she was here.
