Symptom narrative

After receiving TwinRix vaccine, patient felt nervous, dizzy, light headed and nauseous, tingling in her hands and had shortness of breath. I called 911. Pt had some gatorade to drink. She started feeling better later on. Emt took her to hospital for further evaluation.
