Symptom narrative

Hep B, Varicella and Td administered in left deltoid. Following the 3rd vaccine the patient fainted and moved arms and legs involuntarily for less than 5 seconds. She regained consciousness in 1-2 minutes. She reports the same thing happened after the HPV vaccine when she got immunizations in 10/2024
