Within fifteen minutes of receiving the MMR vaccine, my daughter stiffened and and drained of color. She then closed her eyes and fell over with her body stiffened. I was able to catch her as she fell. She remained unconscious while we yelled for the nurse to come back out to the reception. Within a couple minutes she began to relax and come to. She was given some fruit juice and crackers and they took her blood pressure. She felt strong enough to return to the car within about twenty minutes. For the remainder of the day she felt very weak and was lethargic.
