Immediate post-injection reactionSeizure

Symptom narrative

Patient received Havrix vaccine first, in the left arm, then Menquadfi second in the right arm. Immediately after the Menquadfi vaccine was administered, patient started having a seizure. Seizure lasted less than a few minutes, 911 was called, fire department arrived first. Vitals were 86/53 bp and heart rate 60. Patient was taken by ambulance to ER. Patient was alert and able to answer questions. No physical trauma noted.
