Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Additional Details: Patient had high fever later in the evening of administration, which became mild next day (~100 degrees F). Also had bad migraine for 2 days unrelieved by OTC meds
