Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: unable to move his arm-Severe, Additional Details: patient complained of abnormal pain in his arm and that the pain didnt improve with time. i advised to wait another few days and i would call him back and if pain persists or becomes severe to call his doctor or got to the Uurgent care or ER
