Symptom narrative

First two days were the usual vaccination response of soreness, redness and swelling. 3rd day at 5:30am I woke up with a red, painful rash going down from the base of my neck to under my breasts. Throat felt tight so I went to ER.

Allergies, fibromyalgia, may-thurner syndrome, asthma, anxiety, depression

Buspirone, meloxicam, norethrindrone, olly probiotic, calcium, multivitamin, glucosamine chondroiton, levocetirizine, magnesium, methylphenidate, escitalopram, levothyroxine, montelukast, quetiapine, nasacourt, astepro
