Symptom narrative

Patient reported to pharmacy on 4/14/25 that she had an adverse reaction to vaccines administered on 4/10/25. Patient had reported overall body itching, redness all over body, injection site swelling, and swelling of the face. Patient immediately went to emergency room where she was given a dose of Benadryl. Her symptoms quickly resolved afterwards and she was able to go back home that night.
