The patient passed away on 04/07/2027 due to cardiac arrest at Hospital, five days prior to receiving the vaccines. According to the patient's parents, the night before her death, she had a fever and was acting normally. Unknown of occurred during the hours before 8am on 4/7/2025. EMS stated a possible case of SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome).
