Patient reported severe right shoulder pain and stiffness from the evening of vaccination and continuing for 2 days.

Medical history

Sjogren's syndrome, high cholesterol, anxiety and arthritis

Other medications

Hydroxychloroquine, pilocarpine, buspirone, gabapentin, duloxetine, atorvastatin, famotidine and azelastine nasal spray.

Hibiclens and sulfa antibiotics
