Symptom narrative

arm was sore all day, before bed started Edema of left upper arm Pt noted to have mild dema of L upper extremity after Bexsero dose #2. Advised pt she has completed this series, no further doses are needed. Pt with swelling of L upper bicep area. Pt with pain/soreness in L arm and myalgias going into L side of neck.
