Symptom narrative

Arm soreness and fever of 101ºF began a few hours after injection and continued for about 48 hours. Then a 2 inch x 5 inch red, warm "rash" about 4 inches below injection site appeared about 48 hours after injection. This "rash" does remain painful and when it gets warm begins to itch--five days post injection. "Rash" does not appear to be spreading.
