PEDVAX HIB was administered after a temperature excursion; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 28-Mar-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Haemophilus b Conjugate Vaccine (Meningococcal Protein Conjugate) (LIQUID PEDVAX HIB), (lot #X022981, expiration date: 21-May-2026), 0.5 mL administered by intramuscular route for prophylaxis. The vaccine was administered after a temperature excursion at 54.19 F for 2 hours 45 minutes (Product storage error). There was no previous temperature excursion. No other information was provided.
