have not received a second dose so far; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 84-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose on 15-JUL-2019 of batch number 5TH3L and expiry date of 19-NOV-2021). Concurrent medical conditions included asthma (has asthma). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: have not received a second dose so far). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-APR-2025 The Pharmacy Technician had a patient that got first dose of Shingrix vaccine but they have not received a second dose so far. The pharmacist reported that patient had a history of asthma, but she was not sure if patient was considered immunocompromised. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive 2nd dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination. The Pharmacy Technician explained they do not have an email address for the facility so they declined consent to follow up with Safety Team.
