Symptom narrative

Patient came in to complete 6 vaccines required. After the first 3 shots patient started to feel lightheaded, chest pain, and blurred vision. Patient's wife who was present requested an ambulance. EMS services was contacted. After patient was able to relax for a few minutes he was doing slightly better. EMS showed up shortly after. EMS services evaluated patient for approximately 15 minutes. After that he was doing a lot better and declined further services from EMS. During EMS evaluation patient said that he gets anxious around needles.
