Symptom narrative

Pt reported pain and limited motion in her left arm after receiving flucelvax vaccine in her left deltoid. It was not resolved after 2 weeks and pt made an appointment with her doctor for further evaluation.

Lab data

After her doctor's appointment on 4/12/2025, she stated their finding was damage to her left deltoid and bicep. Her doctor ordered physical therapy and if no improvements more imaging and testing.
