Symptom narrative

Patient states she got a vaccine on 9/15/24 and thinks she is having a reaction to the Covid vaccine because her arm hurts and she is having difficulty using the arm. After investigating, it is her left arm that hurts now, and she got the flu shot in the left arm. Also, the arm was fine until late March 2025 when she got a virus, then she states as she was healing from the virus, her arm began to hurt. Her arm hurts in her muscle. She wanted paperwork filled out for an adverse reaction to the immunization though the symptoms started 6 monts or so after the vaccine was administered.
