Symptom narrative

After the vaccine was administered, the patient started having pain in the same distribution that she had previously had shingles. Including her face and left ear. She is still experiencing this today to a decreasing degree.

Hyperlipidemia, Type 2 DM, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, thyrotoxicosis without thyroid storm/crisis
