Symptom narrative

Acute onset of shoulder pain, post injection that has persisted for several weeks. Pain comes and goes. NSAIDs with some relief. Seeing ortho.

Current illness

no known acute issues

Medical history

Breast caner, ovarian cancer, neuropathy, DM, Bladder cancer, peripheral vascular disease, gout, hyperlipidemia, hypertension.

Other medications

metformin, ezetimibe, levothyroxine, varenicline, calcium carbonate, potassium gluconate, tamoxeifen, lidocaine, ibuprofen, b complex, MVI, fishoil, gemfibrozil, lisinopril, niacin, naproxen/ibuprofen, hydroxyzine, loratadine, magnesium.

Allergies

arimidex, statins

Lab data

3/11/25 - ortho visit with xrays. Xrays showed: degenerative changes at the acromioclavicular joint but otherwise congruent glenohumeral joint without acute fracture, discussion performed. On physical exam she is neurovascular tact distally with grossly intact range of motion in all planes
