gave me 3 shingle shots; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: gave me 3 shingle shots). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 13-APR-2025 The patient received 3 Shingles shot, which led to extra dose administered.
