Symptom narrative

Felt classic myocarditis symptoms the next day, 01/24/21. Chest felt tight. Short of breath. Felt like my lungs are inflated and I was unable to take deep breaths. These symptoms subsided after around 4 days. On 01/28/21 my Apple Watch started alerting me that my heart was in Atrial Fibrillation. I've never experienced myocarditis, nor Atrial Fibrillation before previous until then. Between 01/30/2021 and 02/04/2021, my Apple Watch reported 4 more episodes of Afib. From 02/04/2021 to 02/12/2021, I did not experience any episodes of Afib. On 02/13/2021 I received my 2nd Pfizer/BioNTech covid vaccine. On 02/13/2021, after receiving the second shot I went into Afib again on 4 separate occasions, all on 02/13. On 02/14, I went into Afib on 3 occasions. It was constant, every day from that day going forward.

Apple Watch - 13 recorded episodes of Afib between 01/28/2021 and 02/15/2021. And every day beyond that. At my cardiologist, I had multiple EKGs, all confirming afib and tachycardia. I then had to be cardioverted, with transesophageal echocardiograms, 3 times. I had a stress test, and echocardiograms.
