My mother, received her covid vaccine injection on 7/21/2021. On 7/24/2021, while we were visiting a relative in (redacted), she went to stand up and she collapsed on the floor. She transported to Hospital in (redacted), where she was diagnosed suffering from Guillain-Barre syndrome due to the covid vaccine (the ER doctor told us that they had seen a sharp uptick in GBS cases from the vaccine, especially in the elderly). Her GBS left her paralyzed from the waist down. One week later she was transferred to a nearby nursing care facility. The GBS paralysis spread up her torso over the next 4 weeks when she went into a coma, and passed away on 8/22/2021.
