Symptom narrative

I had a patient that received a pneumonia vaccine on Saturday. She came today and said her arm is red, warm and painful. She said she had been doing ice packs and taking ibuprofen and Tylenol it does not help. I told her the reactions are normal, however, if she is concerned about it then she can visit the doctor. I told her continue with ice packs and take tylenol and ibuprofen as needed for the pain.
