Symptom narrative

Extreme pain in my upper left arm from the shoulder to the elbow. It started the next day. I figured it was just from the shot. It got worse and has continued for two weeks now.

Women's One a Day, Vitamin D3 (125 mcg), Lisinopril (10 mg), Atorvastatin (20 mg), Colestipol HCL (1 gm tablet, 2 in am, 2 in pm), vitamin C, aspirin (81 mg).
