Symptom narrative

Developed Henoch Schonlein Purpura about 12 hours after vacciantion, was RSV+ and had had cold sx 2-3weeks prior.

Current illness

RSV positive and had had cold sx about 2-3 weeks prior.

none until developed Henoch Schonlein purpura at night on 3/19/25

Lab data

RSV+, normal CBC, AST45, negative monospot, strep, covid and influenza, urine normal, rash resolved but had another URI and HSP rash returned 4/14/25
