Symptom narrative

On 4/16/2025 patient's left arm pain started about 1 to 2 hours after administration. told patient to use ice on site of admnistration and take tylenol for pain. he called back in a few hours and told him to add ibuprofen to regimen if he felt necessary but ice was necessary. he was also told if worsened or did not get better within the next 24-48 hours to contact his primary care provider or go to local emergency room. he went to his primary care provider today (4/17/2025) and was given tramadol for left shoulder pain.
