Injection site rashRash

Symptom narrative

Pt develop rash on upper arm around injection site on 4/13/2025. Rash has spread further down upper arm. Rash is 9-10cm in length, darker red noted in the center with raised area, lighter red on the edges. Rash was noted where Band-Aids were placed on both arms. Pt endorsed improvement in rash. Pt was given montelukast 1 in the evening, acetaminophen and fexoffenadine (prior medication) 1BID . Pt was informed to return to clinic/ED if symptoms continue or worsen.
