Symptom narrative

"normal" shoulder pain relative to other vaccinations the patient received, per patient. Day after immunization, pain worsened, struggles to lift his arm above ~30degrees (increasing pain) and unable to lift arm above 45degrees, both laterally and anteriorly lifting. starting day 7 (4/17/25) reports tingling sensation in wrist and fingers.
