Patient received Hiberix vaccine accidentally instead of the Hepatitis B vaccine, Heplisav-B. Patient notified shortly thereafter of the error and advised to follow up with pharmacy and/or their primary care provider if they have any issues; advised to return whenever able to start Hepatitis B series as intended. No adverse events to report at this time.
