No known adverse event. Vaccine given on 4/17/25. Found error on 4/18/25 for vaccine given to child who was not old enough to receive vaccine. Nurse at clinic called and triaged patient. Mother stated child was fussy and had temp of 100 the evening of when child received vaccine. Mother stated patient was given tylenol and has sense not been fussy and the temperature has gone down. Patient did receive other vaccines during this appointment.
