Symptom narrative

Patient got these two immunizations and a week later on their right arm they were still having a bright red dot on her arm and had a hard lump on her arm from the vaccine. Patient states their arm was sore as well. Patient stated no numbness or tingling and no fevers, redness was just around the vaccine area.

Losartan 100mg 1 tablet daily, Rosuvastatin 5 mg 1 tablet daily, Metoprolol ER 200mg 1 tablet daily, Hydrochlorothiazide 50 mg 1 tablet daily, Amlodipine 5 mg 1 tablet daily
