Symptom narrative

Patient received Capraxive on 4/15/26 at 4:13pm and starting experiencing chills, headaches, and heart pounding at night. She had body ache, redness at injection site and difficulty lifting her injected arm and continued headaches the next day. Symptoms are slowly subsiding. She has a follow up appointment with Dr (primary care physician) on 4/21/25.
