Symptom narrative

1 hour post vaccination, experienced sour taste in mouth. 6 days post vaccine, spit out small blood clots. Went to hospital. Within 1 month post vaccine, experienced anorexia, feeling of fullness, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, heartburn, acid reflux, extreme fatigue, weight loss of 26 pounds, (1. 5 months post vaccination.)

Lab data

CBC, cmp, blood tests, xray performed at hospital 2/21/22. Endoscopy 4/5/22 peptic duodenitis, widespread inflammation . Ct enterography performed ~July 22. Colonoscopy performed 8/22. Many blood tests conducted, many abnormal.
