Symptom narrative

I felt like the vaccine was given higher up in my arm than it should have been. Then I started to have moderate R shoulder pain beginning later the same day that progressively worsened into the next day. I was unable to lift my arm up to take my clothes off, push down, pull up, or reach over my body without being in severe pain. Although somewhat improved, there is still ongoing pain.

Lab data

MRI 3/23/25 Result showed frozen shoulder and biceps tendonitis. Then had a steroid injection on 4/3/25 into R shoulder to help with pain/inflammation.
