Symptom narrative

Near immediate sense of right facial fullness, pain->transformed into mild right facial weakness with pain and sensory changes (numbness and tingling). She now has numbness and pain inside her mouth, tongue, cheek.

Lab data

MRI of the brain with and without contrast. Labs including ANA, ENA, ESR, CRP, B1, B6, B12, Heavy metal, autoimmune encephalopathy panel, paraneoplastic panel, angiotensin converting enzyme.
