the majority of the vaccine was injected but some leaked to the table; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete dose administered in a 13-month-old female patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number XX9N4, expiry date 01-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 10-APR-2025, the patient received Priorix. On 10-APR-2025, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced incomplete dose administered (Verbatim: the majority of the vaccine was injected but some leaked to the table).
