Pt felt fine after injection, this was his second dose, last one given 4/1/2024. This morning, he told his grandma that his right arm was red, swollen and itchy for the last couple of days. The area of erythema is about 2 inches x 4 inches without central pustule and no red streaks from area. No fevers, no shortness of breath, no rash, no nausea or vomiting.
did have an insect bite on left leg earlier this month, went to urgent care and was prescribed amoxicillin, had a slight residual carbuncle on left leg at time of appointment
