Symptom narrative

Mom noticed a rash on 4/15/25 , sent a picture to the office. We scheduled pt for visit. At the time pt arrived she was given 2.5mL of Benadryl for rash. rash; coalescing macular rash with areas of central clearing; no vesicles, no ulcerations. Pt was given referral to the allergist
