Symptom narrative

Systemic: Confusion-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Systemic: Vomiting-Mild, Additional Details: Patient made us aware beforehand that he has had faiting reactions to vaccines. After receiving the 3 vaccines, informed he wasn't feeling well and fainted. She kept him steady and called for my help. He was unresponsvive for maybe 30 seconds and then was able to talk and verify his name and said he was OK, but he couldn't keep his eyes open and remained slumped in the chair. I had someone call 911 at that point. He vomited a small amount after drinking some Gatorade.
