Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient states that she has chronic pain in her upper left arm (patient pointed to area about 4-5 inches below shoulder.) She states that she has pain when lifting her arm to her head or above head level. She has gone to her medical doctor with no clear diagnosis and is treating with otc pain medications. Patient was not able to state exactly where the injecion was given in the left arm.
